      Sandhya Kaal is the time when the Sun tilt(rising of the sun and sunset) in the morning at 5:40AM to 6:15AM and in the evening at 6:00PM to 6:30PM is very auspicious to perform puja.

      Puja should be done in between 5 to 6:30 in the morning. It gives better results.
